Warranty

We strive to deliver a high standard of workmanship and customer satisfaction while staying competitive in our marketplace. Empire Paving guarantees all workmanship and materials due to defects or in the unlikely event of workmanship issues for one year from the date of completion of work. We stand behind our warranty and will fix any deficiencies that may arise. The warranty does not cover damage caused by impact or exposure or contact with any foreign substance or other mistreatment of paved surface.

For all warranties to be valid, all work must be paid in full.
